another affiliate network learning experienced, Clickbank

Since I last wrote about primarily using Commission Junction and Linkshare and the ease of their sites, I found another site that appears totally different.  I just found a section under ClickBank called Promote Products.  It appears that one can actually get a whole bunch of little websites with these links.  This Strikes me as tha area/type of sites I should have started with.  I have been attempting to build a major shopping  mall site, TheRetailJunction.com,  which in itself is a challenge to say nothing of trying to drive people to it.  Hell thus far I have been my only buying customer.   It appears to me that it would be easier to concentrate on these Promote Products in one area at a time and then maybe build from there.  They seem be self containing and easy to get up and running.  They also appear to look like alot of sites I have seen online.  I will let you know how I make out after try and test this.

new experience with affililate marketing

Hi,  this is my first time blogging.  Thou I am considered an opinionated individual I have never blogged before.  Actually quite surprising given my background and personality.  What brings me to trying this is something else I am doing for the first time.  I have been attempting to create a website, specifically an internet shopping mall called TheRetailJunction.com.  In doing this I have entered another world I never really knew existed.  The world of affiliates and affiliate marketing.  I find it amazing the amount of info and the number of people and companies that are involved in this. 

Thus far I have only worked primarily with a couple of the affiliate network companies like Linkshare and Commission Junction, thou I have sign up and browsed some of the otheres.  I have found these two to be relatively easy to deal with especially CJ given Linkshare is updating their site as I write.  The thing I like most about CJ is the easy in which one can sign up with many compainies at once (bulk joining).  I also really the ease in which I can grap the link paste it to your site and return right beack to where you were on CJ.  Whereas right now I am having problems doing that with Linkshare and some of the others.  I would also like to find more insurance and financial affiliates.  So please feel free to give me your opinion and share your experience and ideas.  Also would love to get your opinion on www.TheRetailJunction.com.
